Our Values
Prayer
We believe prayer is essential to our daily walk with God and our spiritual growth. Every believer is called to cultivate a life of prayer—both personally and in community—so we may grow in love for the Lord and for one another. At All Nations we love to create space for prayer in our gatherings, welcoming people of all backgrounds, languages, and ages to express themselves freely and authentically, embracing the many ways we can communicate with our Heavenly Father through the Holy Spirit. We believe prayer unlocks the abundant life found in Jesus, transforming us and impacting the world around us.
Truth
We believe God’s Truth is the foundation of our lives and our community. We trust in the power and relevance of The Bible to transform us today, shaping how we live, love, and follow Jesus.
We are committed to worshiping in Spirit and in Truth, knowing that His Truth brings freedom. As disciples who make disciples, we seek to live in obedience to God’s Word—sharing it in love and allowing it to shape our lives and the world around us. Family
We believe we are called to be more than a community—we are a family marked by love, acceptance, forgiveness, and belonging, united in our passion for God. We value every person, from the youngest to the oldest, regardless of background or status.
We are committed to serving God together using our individual gifts; caring for one another, and growing stronger as a family. We seek to be a place of healing and safety. A place where everyone is welcomed as they are and can experience true restoration through a relationship with Jesus and with one another.
Unity
We believe in the unity of the Body of Christ in the many expressions of faith that we have around us.
“For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all, in all, and living through all.” Ephesians 4:4-6
Service
We are a community dedicated to serving others, choosing to be life-giving in our both our actions and words. Our desire is to be generous with our love, time, forgiveness, resources, and attention, to care for those in need and consider others greater than ourselves. We focus on the good, celebrate often, and have fun as we serve together.
We believe
- There is only one true God-revealed in three persons.
- The Scriptures, Old and New Testament, are inspired by God.
- In the deity and humanity of the Lord Jesus Christ, who lived, died, resurrected, and is now seated at the right hand of the Father.
This is the remarkable news of Christianity. - That sin is a disorder of the plan of God and manifested to the human race through the disobedience of Adam and Eve.
- Every person can be saved by grace, which is a gift of God, obtained through faith in the redemptive work of our Lord Christ Jesus on the cross.
- In the practice of water baptism by immersion and Holy communion.
- In the fruit and gifts of the Holy Spirit, which are the by-product of a Spirit-filled life, and are all in the context of love and done in an orderly and biblical way.
- Sanctification is instantaneous at conversion and continuous through regeneration and by the measure we allow the Holy Spirit to transform our lives.
- The Church, which is the body of Christ, is called to obey the mission of Christ to preach The Gospel to all nations.
- In servant leadership that empowers the Church.
- That God is able, still today, to heal and restore us physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
- That Jesus will return to judge the living and the dead,
and we hope in the coming, perfect New Heavens and a New Earth.
